RULES FOR ATTENDING EVENTS ORGANIZED BY MVK LLC

1. INTRODUCTION
1.1. These rules outline the admission procedure for events (exhibitions, conferences, etc., hereinafter individually referred to as “Event”) organized by MVK LLC (hereinafter – “Organizer”), and establish the code of conduct for attendees.
1.2. Attendance is only permitted if the visitor has read and agreed to these rules.
1.3. Venue-specific rules also apply, provided they do not conflict with these rules.

2. EVENT ENTRY
2.1. Entry requires a visitor badge displaying the attendee's full name and, if applicable, the name of their organization.
2.2. Badges can be obtained in one of the following ways:
2.2.1. Self-printed after online registration on the official event website;
2.2.2. Collected at the registration desk at the event entrance in exchange for a ticket or invitation. Tickets can be purchased at the venue entrance.
2.3. Media representatives receive badges after completing the accreditation process described on the event’s website.
2.4. Students from relevant educational institutions may attend for free on specific days determined by the Organizer. Admission is only allowed if accompanied by a faculty representative, with a pre-approved list of students signed by the institution’s administration.
2.5. Entry is permitted only through turnstiles designated by the Organizer or venue management. Visitors must scan their badge barcode at the turnstile to enter.
2.6. Badges must not be transferred to others. The Organizer reserves the right to verify that the name on the badge matches the visitor’s ID.
2.7. If a badge is lost, the visitor must go to the registration desk to request a replacement.

3. AGE RESTRICTIONS
3.1. Visitors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult unless stated otherwise in section 3.2.
3.2. The Organizer may set age restrictions in accordance with Federal Law No. 436-FZ “On Protecting Children from Harmful Information”. These restrictions will be clearly indicated on the event website, tickets, invitations, and promotional materials.
3.3. Entry is strictly prohibited for anyone under 18 to events rated “18+”. Event staff and ticket vendors may request identification to verify age before issuing tickets or allowing entry.

4. CONDUCT RULES
4.1. Visitors must maintain public order at the venue and surrounding area, and follow all lawful instructions from the Organizer and venue staff.
4.2. Visitors are prohibited from:
4.2.1. Bringing any type of firearm, gas, or cold weapons into the venue;
4.2.2. Bringing explosives, flammable materials, fireworks, toxic or corrosive substances;
4.2.3. Bringing or consuming alcohol, drugs, or being under the influence of intoxicants;
4.2.4. Bringing animals into the venue;
4.2.5. Using bicycles, scooters, roller skates, or similar devices within the venue;
4.2.6. Crossing roads inside the venue outside of designated pedestrian crossings;
4.2.7. Engaging in any behavior that threatens safety, property, or the smooth running of the event;
4.2.8. Leaving children unsupervised;
4.2.9. Posting or distributing promotional materials without written permission from the Organizer;
4.2.10. Holding unauthorized rallies, demonstrations, or promotional flash mobs;
4.2.11. Begging or littering on the premises;
4.2.12. Wearing dirty clothes or carrying items that may soil exhibits or other attendees;
4.2.13. Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, except in designated smoking areas.
4.3. Any unattended or suspicious items must be reported immediately to event staff or venue personnel.
4.4. Visitors must review the posted fire evacuation plan upon entry.
4.5. In case of emergency, visitors must follow instructions from event or venue staff.

5. LIABILITY
5.1. Access may be denied, or visitors removed from the event without ticket refund in the following cases:
5.1.1. No valid ticket or invitation;
5.1.2. Refusal to undergo security checks, including inspection of bags and personal items;
5.1.3. Attempting to bring in prohibited items;
5.1.4. Disruptive behavior or begging;
5.1.5. Failure to comply with these rules or instructions from staff, in accordance with Russian law;
5.2. Visitors involved in illegal activity may be handed over to law enforcement for possible administrative or criminal charges.
5.3. Any property damage caused by a visitor must be compensated in accordance with Russian law.
